Day 4 of Cabbage Soup Diet
Bananas, milk and soup day
I MADE IT! I got through bananas and milk day! Never ever made it through this day without cheating! Good thing I had full agenda today. Afternoon at the tattoo parlor and then rehearsal :)
Tomorrow is fish and tomatoes day. And it’s perfect timing because the market is tomorrow and there’s a fishmonger there! Fresh fish! Yummie, so looking forward to fish!
No workout today simply because I couldn’t go. Tomorrow double take ;)

I was almost right! 110 calories on level 1 for me.
there is no way this is true…..it differs from person to person. according to my heart rate monitor this thing is over 150 cals off.
This makes no sense!! My weight is 145.
145 x 503 = 72,935. Divided by 3 is 24,311.6.
Am I doing it wrong? Cos I’m pretty sure I’m not burning 24,000+ cal a day.
I’m reblogging this myself just to mention this: Dont forget to first divide by 154 before you divide it by 3 and it might not be 100% accurate, but it is the only online calculation I ever found for the shred and I used it for a year to calculate my calorie deficit in my diet. It worked fine for me.

okay tumblr, so… i just ate papa johns pizza with my family, and i’m not gonna lie, i wasn’t gonna do my insanity tonight after eating greasy, heavy food, but then i saw this post. and now i’m about to get my workout gear on and get off my butt…
(seriously, i’m only working out because i saw this post and it made me realize “i don’t do it because i enjoy it, i do it just because i know it’s what i need to do everyday”)

22 days to graspop!
And day 3 of the cabbage soup diet is almost done! I am FULL of veggies and fruitsmoothie :). Today was a bit harder because I was alone at work and it was sooo busy! I didn’t have time to eat my soup in the afternoon so by 5pm my stumach was doing a drumsolo :)
But had a bit of soup at 6pm, walked home, changed into my gymclothes and off to the gym I went. I did a grouplesson ABS…. This lesson was a cakewalk, seriously if you’ve been doing Jillian Michaels, this was nothing! I could teach a class at that gym! :p
Today was fruit and veggies day and it’s also the last day that I can eat fruit, besides bananas tomorrow. SO it’s eat all the fruit today! :) I’m now relaxing on the couch (it’s 9pm, I’m finally sitting down) with a big bowl of soup, sliced carrot and a tub of guacamole :) I have more fruitsmoothie in the fridge because I’m sure I’ll be getting a sweet craving at about 11pm ;)
So that’s my day, I feel good, bit grumpy because of to many customers at work for one person to handle. But besides that I MADE IT THROUGH DAY 3!!!! Tomorrow is bananas and milkday, but I have a lot of distraction, only have to work till noon and then I’m off to my tattooparlor!!! After that it’s bandrehearsal. So I have a pretty full day to keep my mind of the fact I can only eat milk, bananas and soup :)
